Why Herk Consulting for the public sector?
Herk began his career in the Singapore Public Service and later held senior leadership roles in government-linked and social-sector organisations. His experience spans public policy, strategy, people leadership, operations, stakeholder relationships and organisational priorities.
That practitioner background is combined with professional adult-learning and coaching expertise, so programmes can be built around the judgement and relationship challenges that public officers encounter in real work.
