Practical Resilience at Work
School staff absorb a great deal: the demands of learners and families, the pace of the school calendar, and difficult conversations that arrive without warning. This is framed as a workplace capability rather than wellness content.
Participants build practical ways to notice what is happening, steady themselves in the moment, recover after a difficult exchange and stay effective. Sessions for school leaders also look at how they create the conditions that make demanding work sustainable for their teams.

Direct Herk Consulting engagements include Nanyang Primary School, New Town Primary School, Yuhua Primary School, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, the Singapore Institute of Management and the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
Herk has also facilitated programmes for MOE Planning Division through Workplace Asia, and for principals and the Cluster Superintendent of an MOE school cluster through Korn Ferry.
